I will recommend this RSS Reader/Feed Writer to anyone who is looking for an RSS Reader with an in-built Feed Writer. Ideal for the novices.
It's got Manual and Auto Feed Writer. The Auto version connects to your MySQL database (if your site is hosted on their server).
I understand the creators are an IT firm in Sweden. It's definitely a good piece of web application worth trying.
