&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Same functionality can be introduced in most databses through a series of SQL statements or as an embeded function.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Unless part of SQL standard, even such good additions come at a price.
