Network Monitor 3.2 (Netmon) Protocol Analysis

Paul Long, Technical Evangelist, presented an overview of Netmon 3.2 protocol analyzer (a Windows-based utility) including a tour of the tool as well as a question and answer session at the 2009 Active Directory Windows Protocols Plugfest. Capabilities, functionality and design goals are described. Paul also provided demonstrations of protocol analysis scenarios including parser usage, filtering and using netmon for troubleshooting.
