We had a chance to sit down and talk to Microsoft board member Dina Dublon recently. Dina was the chief financial officer of JPMorgan Chase from 1998 until her retirement at the end of 2004. She was responsible for global financial management and reporting, related technology and operations, strategy and acquisitions, corporate treasury, investor relations and tax. She has been a member of the Microsoft board of directors since 2005.
Here, we talk about Dina's background in finance and accounting, how the Microsoft board operates, and the importance of board diversity. You can also see previous interviews with Microsoft board members Maria Klawe, Helmut Panke, and Charles H. Noski.

I didn't know about these interviews. Nice stuff.
Shouldn't this one also be tagged "Microsoft Board"?
@ajasmin: Yep. Thanks! (Glad you like these! More to come...)
