Rafaya your link works for me (the one at http://asp.net/vnext). Try this one as an alternate: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=282650
This update process is proving to be fantastic. I've especially been looking forward to more OData support and querying.
Can't wait to send this to my Java colleagues.
Great features added to VS2012. Thanks for the demo. I tried mirroring your demo on SignalR and could not get it to work until I added RouteTable.Routes.MapHubs(); to the Global.asax in the Application_Start method.
Tried the SignalR sample in the video but I get:
GET http://localhost:1700/signalr/negotiate?_=1361509023120 404 (Not Found)
My MVC4 web has a root of Test so the URL should be:
http://localhost:1700/Test/signalr/negotiate?_=1361509023120
How do I let the proxy know my webbase?
Awesome stuff!
Great introduction! Thanks
Very nice, clear overview.
Cool SignalR demo.
Will the page inspector also support automatic reloading when a .less file is changed (and compiled to CSS using WebEssentials)?
AFAICS now it only shows a message that a file has changed, but I have to reload manually.
