This video shows you how to pin and lock meet-now meeting participant video by showing you a sample application that starts a meet-now meeting, invites users, and then pins and locks user video streams in the meeting conversation window. After the sample demonstration, you walk through the Lync client 2013 API code that pins and locks user video in the meeting.

Great post. Very helpful. I was wondering if the code was available on the SDK or somewhere else online.
Is it possible to achieve this in suppress mode?
