If you're a geek you can skip this video. It isn't for you.

Well, on second thought, do you have anyone in your life who doesn't yet have a computer? Who is scared of computers? Who you'd like to email pictures to, or have a chat once in a while with?

Then show this video to them.

MSN TV 2 a pretty low-cost box that hooks up to your TV set and your phone line. Voila, you're on the Internet. Anyone can run it.

Anyway, you can read more about MSN TV 2 on Engadget. They did a nice review and took pictures of everything.

Crazy Like a Fox!
Hmmm, reminds me of WebTV, but by Microsoft.  I also don't know anyone who would want one of these.

Get out of my lab-or-atory!
Poor man's Media Center Edition for the less tech savy.

Good for the niche market that it was intended for.

That's probably because it IS WebTV. Grandma Jones might be interested in it. At first, I was disappointed that it's not more Tivo-like, but being focused on a niche may be better.
I thought I'd plug my site that is geared towards folks wanting to know more about the device: MyTVLife.com

I work on the MSN TV 2 product specifically in QA with the Home Networking and Wireless features.  I've had a blast working hard on this product and am excited about the new features that will be going into the product over the next year!
