Samuel Druker - What's the current state of WinFS on the recently released build of Longhorn?

How complete is WinFS in the latest Longhorn developer preview release? Samuel, a development lead on the WinFS team, gives us the harsh news "the bits are hard to work with."

In other words, he wants to set expectations that the full version of WinFS has not been revealed yet, although the performance has increased significantly over the PDC version that was released last fall.
