Why does the Response time - ghosting test, the 2nd test on this page

have jitter in the moving white lines in IE?

The frame rate drop % shows 0% and I've tried various refresh rates and 2 lcd and a CRT on both C2D and a quad Intel with IE7,8 on Vista 64.

In some other browsers there are jitters on some runs, but in IE it's not smooth ever.

Thank you for giving us more info about IE8 performance. However I have a question for IE team.

What about screen rendering performance?
