How long did you have to be an employee before you get say, a month off? I once worked for a startup when people started jumping ship, they gave us four weeks vacation as an incentive to stay, but we had so much work, they wound up buying it back! It's weird how Canadian skaters have gotten big lately because back in my time there was only Colin McKay and I remember when he was 14 years old.&lt;BR&gt;It's weird how so many people know the name Peralta but don't know who the guy is. I guess it doesn't hurt that Tony Hawk was involved with Powell-Peralta and that he's a huge celebrity now.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;By the way...
