Live Framework, MEWA Hello World

A "Hello World" example of building a Mesh-Enabled-Web-Application (MEWA) using Silverlight with the Live Mesh and the Live Framework SDK. We'll build, deploy and debug a simple application that lists the devices in the Live Mesh.

Very useful Mike. It's early days for the platform but clearly it opens up some interesting possibilities.
