Live Framework SDK, Getting Started

A quick walkthrough of getting started with the Live Framework SDK. From downloading the SDK and tools through to firing up Visual Studio, referencing the SDK assemblies and getting a "Hello World" style application written that queries some contact information from the Live Framework.
