What happens when you throw together several 100 technologists in to a room for 54 hours and have them startup a company?

StartupWeekend is a chance for the tech community to gather and create a company over one jam packed weekend. In this interview, Anand Iyer, Microsoft Evangelist, catches with Andrew Hyde, founder of StartupWeekend during StartupWeekend San Francisco that was held at the Microsoft offices on 11/18. Andrew talks about how the idea for StartupWeekend came about, the success they have had, and what people can expect in a typical weekend.
