cannot find  window server SP2 for X86. can finf it for X64

Galo, please visit the Forums (linked in my original post) to report your issues and they will try to help you. I am wondering if you had beta 1 installed on the machine before attempting to install beta 2.

I dowloaded everything as mentioned in the link.

 

However, I get an activation error 0x8007232B when I try to use the VM.

When following the link, it tells me I haven't a genuine Windows Vista blah blah.

 

But this is a Windows Server VM on a genuine Windows 7 64 (not Vista).

 

What can I do?

Is Windows Web Server 2008 the same thing?

No, I don't believe that Windows Web Server is a supported O/S for TFS installation.

I covered this briefly in this video and more in episode 20 which is where I spent more time talking about the actual VM. You sould ignore this error message, that's what you get when you use the trial VM that I linked to.
