Michael Scherotter joins his colleauge Joe Hofstader,  a telecommunications sector architect evangelist, for another discussion on Communications as a Service (CaaS), this time going deeper into the conceptual architecture of CaaS.  In the previous interview, Joe explained how a CaaS architecture could be applied to building telecommunications applications.
