Smart Search and Replace with Aggiorno

Gilbert Corrales quickly fixes invalid and unfriendly HTML and CSS using Aggiorno, a code refactoring tool that runs as a plug-in for Visual Studio.  I really like the Smart Search and Replace feature which was just added.  Its like Regular Expressions made easy and using templates.
