Jaime Rodriguez came back from MIX09 and thought "Hey, I bet my WPFFX library could run in the new Silverlight 3 beta".  So he added a few #ifdefs, compiled and waa-laa!  The WPFFX library is running in the Silverlight 3 beta and we have video to prove it.

Jaime has all of the details in his blog post about the success.

Pretty cool. I did a similar port last week during mix. I posted it on my blog http://blog.j-maxx.net

Nice to see he found a way around the transitions thing. I was just playing around for like a half an hour to see if they'd work. I'm definitely including this in my next demo.
LineBetweenSLAndWPF.Effect = Effects.Blur;
Lovely effects, but what I want to know the most is where can I buy that music? I want that music so badly.
I normally wouldn't coment on it but since this IS a geeky forum...

It's VOILA!  it's French
waa-laa! is not a word Smiley
