&lt;p&gt;As for using Workflow Services, there are other screencasts for doing this. As an example, check out the one on &lt;a href="http://channel9.msdn.com/shows/Endpoint/endpointtv-Screencast-Using-the-WCF-Receive-Activity-in-Windows-Workflow-Foundation-WF/"&gt;using the WF 3.5 Receive Activity&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
