He also discusses Mix and the buzz around Silverlight and how that will impact ADP to allow them to deliver their services cross browser and via windows mobile.

It's nice to see good looking video on Channel9. I'm not sure why this video was posted. There wasn't any content. It's just Charles asking open-ended questions and not getting anywhere. It reminds me of a really bad date. Charles: "So, tell me about yourself..." Rich: "I like long walks in the server room, and fooseball."

Well, the venue wasn't very good. ADP does great stuff. In retrospect, I wish I could have dug a bit deeper, but the conversation took place in the middle of the Mix07 Sandbox and holding a mic is not my thing. It was still fun to talk to Rich and maybe we'll do so again.
