Drawing 10s of thousands of points in milliseconds? I'd like to see that before I believe it. Don't get me wrong... Silverlight is great, but not THAT great (unless we are talking 10s of thousands of milliseconds :) )

1. Do you have links and/or documentation that clearly show an overall cost and how to purchase Map Controls and Mapping Services?

2. Will the RTW Silverlight Bing Map Control cost anything to use? If so, how much? Is it included in question #1 information?
