This week on the MicroISV show features an interview with Buzz Bruggeman of ActiveWords.  ActiveWords is a very interesting and useful product that launches applications and documents via keyboard strings typed into any application.

Buzz talks about some of the highs and lows of being a MicroISV and gives a lot of good advice learned the hardway from his 9 years in the MicroISV business.

He also talks about how podcasting and blogging has helped his business as well as how adding more follow-up emails dramatically improved their conversion rate.

Sounds fascinating! I'd love to check it out, but I'm not much for listening to podcasts.  I prefer getting information by reading.  Any plans to have transcripts?  The other advantage of transcripts is to let search engines index the content.  Thanks!
