Welcome to the third installment of The Voice of Support!

This week, we travelled to the Charlotte, NC support site to sit down and talk about Project Server and Sharepoint with Ben Reich, a producer here in Global Service Automation Content Delivery. Ben has been involved with many different sides of the content business, including work with our live support sites, the Microsoft Support WebCast program, MVP’s, and most recently managing internal operational efficiency tools projects.

Does the "download MP3" button work for anyone? All I get is a WMP playlist.

Hi there -

Looks like the .MP3 link works well on our end here - my default player is WMP 10, and it pops right up.

Might want to try right click/Save target, as a workaround - that oughta work if direct click doesn't seem to do the trick.

FYI - got this resolved. You should be able to now either single click to open in a player, or right click/save target as... on those Download WMA / Download MP3 links, and they should function as expected. Tongue Out
