日本のマイクロソフトは、Women in Technology (WiT)という展開をオンラインとオフラインで実施していきます。WiTでは、女性ＩＴエンジニアを主なターゲットとして、女性同士のネットワーク作りや、働く女性ITエンジニアのワークスタイルについての情報発信を行っていきます。

オンラインを支援する上で、Channel 9日本版においては、Women in Technology in Japanという番組をお届けしていきます。すでにChannel 9には、WM_INという番組があるのですが、それの日本版として、IT業界で働く女性を特集したビデオを配信していきます。

このビデオではWiTの活動を始めようと集まった有志メンバー３名による、WiTの展開について話を取材しました。

今後の活動は、Channel 9のWM_INに特集されていきます。

I'll second that.... Would be nice to know what they are talking about in comparion to the UK.... also begs the question of whether there is going to be a womens track etc at teched Europe in Nov.
