Major Nelson talks about Xbox Live and Cloud Storage which gives us the ability to save our Xbox Live profile and saved games up to the cloud so you have access to them anywhere. He also talks about beacon, Kinect Labs, new titles and much more.

The cloud storage is one of my favourite announcements from E3. However, is it a backup copy that sync's to a local storage copy or that is the only location of the save file? I'm just thinking of when my internet goes down and my saves/profile are in the cloud. Can I no longer play?
Agreed. I always thought the complete profile information & saved games would be the perfect thing to store online. Good to hear it's happening.
@IRB:
Pretty sure it is like Mesh, you have local and synced with cloud. So you have both local and cloud.
SkyDrive integration with Xbox is awesome news! It's something I've been asking about for a long time. Does that include Zune content? It needs too! SkyDrive already has a built-in video player for streaming any WMV files uploaded.
It just occurred to me that from a profile, Tina looks a lot like Jewel Kilcher.
as long as cloud storage does currupt you data like gfwl used to do, it can be very cool
boads well for pc-xbox integration as well
Now that would be good if that's the case.
