Interaction Management enables users to interact with and consume information more quickly and more effectively through search and search-related technologies. The Microsoft Enterprise Search Group (MESG) is driving this initiative, with plans to provide enabling technology initially to the FAST search engine (Microsoft purchased FAST last year) and eventually to a broader application base.
