    Since .NET/API utilizes REST, the URI for resources should have been provided. The HTML component is part of REST, not the only component. Resource locations are key to directly accessing where they are located.

    hi .. i am using web api to make service the steps that i did is :
    1- new -> project-> web application-> webapi-> right click on controllers folder ->add controller-> mvc5 empty.

    and my service work will on windows 10 (iis7), and on windows server 2012 standard (iis7) , but it does not work on windows server 2012 r2 (iis7), is there a requirement should be installed ?
