    I appreciate the effort, Gill, but the sound quality is very poor and at times unbearable.  Your video stream is out of synch heavily at times, especially during the XAML/Blend portion of the video.  I realize that it's not your fault, as it appears to be a Skype session or something of similar sort, but yeah...

    Thanks a lot for the comment bkboggy. I'll discuss with Gill if we can perhaps record this one again offline as we've seen how popular it is.
