This is so great. The book "Measure What Matters" is a really great book to give you a sense what OKRs are and this is another example of how you can work with those. The scariest thing for me is to get people adopting the right culture. Even for me to be emotionally confronted with people who don't trust this kind of philosophy.
Great chat, Aaron, you hit a few times this principle "we are continually learning and adapting" ie Agile Manifesto: "We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it." -- imagine that it isn't just follow a "prescriptive set of steps" :)
