Wow, don't think I would want to cross Paypal.  Definitely going to check out that SDK.  Thanks.

How does the commission compare to the Windows Store? (from the developer perspective),

Hello Ian2 so we charge usual commission rate as if you were taking PayPal payments anywhere else. So in the US this starts at 2.9% and 30c and goes down the more your do, for details see https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees

I think you will find thats considerably cheaper than most other Mobile OS walled garden charges :)

Why not support the windows phone 7 as well? Is there any reason why it isn't supported?

Going to have the hood open on all apps to benefit fully from 8.1 and  very tempted to switch over to PayPal.  Have you thought about creating an API wrapper that maps the current Windows 8 in-App purchase API to make switching over even more of a doddle?

      John:

I want to connect with you over Linkedin. I would like to ask you some questions to see if you can help the Corona SDK community with Paypal as an alternative.
