Enterprise Voice has been requested by the community members for discussion on the show. Voice is a huge topic and something that we cannot deliver completely in a 20 minute targeted slot. However, we have decided to break the topic up into smaller "modules" over a series of episodes. In this episode we discuss voice dialing habits. As part of this we cover dial plans, normalization rules, and call routing logic.
