Microsoft is making a dedicated effort to streamline the number of portals external partners must access to conduct business with the company. As that process is being completed, the Microsoft Operations team decided to use the new Azure Active directory B2B collaboration solution to create a single sign-on access page (SOAP). Now a partner only has to log in once to access multiple applications, sites, and services. This not only significantly improves the user experience but it also boosts productivity and retains the access controls Microsoft needs.
