Mostafa,
Thanks for posting the video set. It's perfect.
Everything works - but I have tried Analzying_Sales_Data.pbix and 2 of my own pbix and each time the console app looks like it is working. But at the end fails to publish.
File Path:C:\Users\mculp\Downloads\Analyzing_Sales_Data.pbix

Any help is much appreciated.
Same here. Get Import Failed. Very frustrating.
I too am getting the same failure when important the .pbix file.
Try to open the report in Power BI desktop, refresh the datasource and re-import the pbix file into a workspace.
@MostafaElzoghbi:That did the trick. Thanks.
That worked for me with the sample report (analysing sales data), it still fails with my own report though even after refreshing as you said. Not sure why. Thank you for the information
Thanks for your efforts.
I have a basic question: how to run the ProvisionSample console app? the only file in the github repository I could found is "ProvisionSample.csproj"
Thanks
I could find the solution to running the ProvisionSample here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/power-bi-embedded-get-started-sample/
However, I got the message below, even after refreshing the data source in PBI Desktop:
Ooops, something broke: An error occured while sending the request
Many thanks for any help
When I select the option number 5 in the command line and enter the details of an existing workspace collection I get the following error:
"Ooops, something broke: Operation returned an invalid status code 'InternalServerError'"
