Phillip Woon Do one comparing Delphi also. Delphi can do Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.

Sam Delphi XE4 doesn't not use Native Controls, so it doesn't fit in this category to be mentioned here! Unless you IMAGINE you can make native apps using Delphi FireMonkey!
