We admit this is closer to 3 Dev Minutes but this video introduces the UWP design elements that help you create Universal Windows Platform apps that look great on all types of Windows devices – from devices as small as a handheld Windows Phone screen to devices as large as an 84" Surface Hub. Bravo. What a great video.
Where can I take a offline or online class to learn UWP interface design?
You can find a couple of sessions from //build 2016 on Channel 9: https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Build/2016/B842 and soon https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Build/2016/B873
And of course the Design docs are here: https://developer.microsoft.com/windows/design
Please stop adding background "music". This is annoying.
