Broadcast traffic in Linux VMs in Azure via OpenVPN

OpenVPN provides a convenient way to tunnel broadcast and multicast traffic into many unicast connections. In fact, it's a simple way to make broadcast traffic work in an Azure Virtual Network. We'll use the sample files and keys from the OpenVPN package in Ubuntu to roll out a simple VPN with the tap adapter and demonstrate broadcast traffic.
