DocsCorp has launched a new web-hosted version of its document comparison software, compareDocs cloud on Microsoft Azure. Users can compare Word to Word and Word to PDF documents on a PC desktop, Surface Pro or iPad, all via the cloud with compareDocs through Microsoft Office 365.
Running as an Office Add-in, compareDocs is easy to deploy from an IT perspective because nothing has to be installed on local machines – it all runs in the cloud. The service can be made available to users instantly and on all devices running Office 365. compareDocs cloud is available as an Office Add-in for Word Online, Word for iPad and Word 2013 Service Pack 1 or later.
