Lexmark, a provider of printing and imaging products, software, solutions and services, has announced that the company's invoice capture service (ICS) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 enterprise resource planning has been upgraded with new features and functions. Among them are state-of-the-art line item extraction capabilities, rich verification capabilities, and additional workflow integration and extraction optimization features.
Lexmark uses the Microsoft Azure platform to provide a multi-tenant, SaaS solution to give the Dynamics NAV team the best solution possible for more than 120,000 customers worldwide.
The Lexmark invoice capture service's learning engine and easily integrated web services provide the perfect combination for NAV – a solution the Dynamics team indicated could not be found anywhere else on the market. Using Microsoft Azure SaaS helps lessen the total setup time required for invoice processing to 10 minutes or less, with minimal configuration.
