Lagash Voice Analytics Simplifies Content Analysis using Azure

Services and tech innovation company Lagash has introduced Voice Analytics, a speech recognition tool that simplifies and streamlines cloud storage content analysis using Microsoft Azure. It is a product designed for contact centers, banks and broadcast media.

Lagash uses Microsoft Azure Media Services for transcript and indexing content. The solution can analyze a greater number of calls in less time, and search capabilities include the ability to hear exact phrases with keywords.

"We take advantage of Azure components, elasticity and growth capacity to do a scalable solution that is reachable by any type of customer," said Lagash developer Diego Vazquez.
