MediaValet Inc., has announced its full integration with the Microsoft cloud-based productivity suite Office 365 that includes Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Integration by the provider of cloud-based digital asset management software (DAMS) helps eliminate the barriers that currently prevent organizations from easily accessing and utilizing their corporate marketing and communication material.
With the launch of the Office 365 enabled version of MediaValet, staff, partners and vendors of an organization can quickly and easily access, search and attach or insert corporately approved photos, videos, logos, animations, audio files, documents, presentations and other corporate marketing and communications material (content or brand assets) directly from inside Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Now, users can work directly from within Office 365, while marketing teams will be able to control access and use of brand assets from their MediaValet portal.
