Ooyala Powering Toca Boca's First Video Streaming Service for Kids

Ooyala, a Telstra subsidiary that develops solutions for premium video publishing, production workflows, analytics and monetization, is powering all video for Toca TV, the first video streaming service from Toca Boca. With more than 130 million downloads to date, Toca Boca now delivers its extensive video library of original and curated content to its global audience as the company moves into a new category of kids' entertainment.

Toca TV chose Ooyala as its technology partner to deliver personalized recommendations so its audience engages longer and gets the most value out of every video, every time. Using Ooyala Discovery, Ooyala's content recommendation technology, videos are served based on contextual factors such as like-viewing patterns on similar devices and geographical locations.
