VERSO Inc., a cloud-based product-returns portal focused on helping the manufacturing, distribution and third-party logistics industries, has just launched a new version of the VERSO portal that uses Microsoft products to automate product returns and supporting processes across complex supply chain environments.
Running on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, VERSO now provides a more secure and scalable environment, while seamlessly integrating work flow using Microsoft Office 365 Add-ins and enhancing decision-making using the Microsoft Power BI business analytics tool.
Implementing Microsoft Office 365 Add-ins significantly increases user productivity, allowing VERSO users to access and perform transactions without leaving Office 365. Trouble reports/cases can now be accessed directly within Outlook and Excel. Users can also perform tasks such as changing a case status or editing case data from Outlook.
