Resonate Solutions' Pulse Platform follows a listen-act-discover-improve methodology that is adaptable to any business environment. Through the use of its cloud-based solutions Resonate enables organizations to consistently deliver exceptional customer interactions, and continually improve their customer experience.

Over the years Resonate has rolled Microsoft Azure technologies (such as AppFabric Caching, Managed Cache, storage upgrades, Cloud Services) in and out, and is currently building out a Big Data pipeline that uses a side of the Azure offering that had not been touched upon previously.

"When the local version of Azure was launched it opened doors for us in companies in certain industries. Also at a technical level there are performance improvements for local users, and every millisecond we can shave off is really important," said Resonate Solutions chief technology officer Joris Dries.
