Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management and automation, has announced the availability of Wiser Air Wi-Fi smart thermostats in select Microsoft Stores across the United States and on microsoftstore.com. The wi-fi connected thermostat brings the power of Microsoft Azure and Windows 10 to Wiser Air smart thermostats to provide improved security, scalability, reliability and energy efficiency.
Schneider Electric previously extended its collaboration with Azure to provide the cloud platform for all Wiser Air smart thermostats to help protect user data from hackers and viruses. Azure has been a preferred provider for Schneider Electric's software applications since 2013.
