Hogia has launched Smart Bokning, a booking feature that is designed to make it easier for owners of small businesses, such as hairdressers, personal trainers and tradesmen, to manage large amounts of booking information. Smart Bokning links the calendar in Microsoft Office 365 with the customer database in Hogia Smart business system to store all customer information in one place.
Smart Bokning allows bookings to be made directly from the customer database in Hogia Smart's POS software. It also makes customer information available in the Microsoft Outlook calendar. This enables companies to check customers' previous bookings more easily while they are in direct contact with their customers. Sales offers, booking confirmations and reminders can be sent to customers by email or text message. The same feature is also available in Smart Invoicing.
