truRating Chooses Azure Platform for SaaS Customer Rating System

truRating is a point-of-payment rating system that captures validated customer experience ratings from consumers via the payment terminal. It enables business owners to track their ratings over time, compare ratings against anonymous competitors, link customer sentiment to spend, and get detailed analytics.

truRating chose the Microsoft Azure platform for its Software-as-a-Service customer rating system. With Azure, its developers can quickly deploy lightweight API applications and more traditional cloud services where more granular levels of control are required. Azure PowerShell API allows for click-of-a-button deployments using a combination of MSBuild and third-party build agents. truRating uses Azure Service Bus and Azure SQL Server in the cloud and benefits from the near-instant, on-demand scalability crucial for delivering the efficient, high-performance services its merchants require.
