Continuing their microservices discussion, Mark talks Service Fabric, Stateful Services and cloud scale with Seth as they explore how Azure Service Fabric helped Microsoft build global scale services like Cortana, Azure SQL Databases, Skype for business and is now available to all developers whichever cloud they want to run their apps in. In Part 1 of this mini-series, Mark and Seth discuss what Microservices are and how they are well suited to building cloud-native apps, as well as the role of microservice application platforms and popular offerings in market today.
