Career Development & Women in Technology Sessions at TechEd Europe 2014

We asked TechEd Alumni Adnan Hendricks how he decides which sessions to attend when building his schedule for TechEd Europe. He went a step further in sharing his personal session schedule with us. Read on to find out what's on his agenda.
(Tip: You'll see that in many timeslots Adnan has chosen several sessions, so he has already targeted backups if a session room is full; or, he can decide on a session based on what he's interested in learning about that day.)
Adnan Hendricks, IT Infrastructure Architect, Microspecialist Consulting
I have a very specific way of selecting my sessions each year. Firstly, the guys that make me go 'Wow, they are the awesome top speakers in the world that present on all things Microsoft!' They are always on the top of my go-to list when it comes to sessions.
Especially: Mark Minasi, Mark Russinovich, Sami "Mark" Laiho, and lastly I have to add this special lady: Paula Januszkiewicz.
Next, I go on my passion in the IT pro sphere, deployment, and security—learning what's new in this sector because that's where I earn my bread and butter!
I also have a large selection of speakers I call my friends and regularly hang out with during certain events, so I always try to see support them and attend their sessions.
Lastly, I choose the nice-to-know stuff which I already expect to know a little about but attend in case there is something new of value. I never miss a keynote, and trust me, neither do you!
All the speakers on my list are people that I would go to just to see them talk because I value their technical expertise and speaking prowess!
I've listed my sessions by day as in the schedule to make it easy for you to spot. Maybe I'll see you there in one of them!
If you are new to TechEd or TechEd Europe you might think this is not many sessions for the 4 days of Technical Breakout Sessions. I will also be staffing for about 16 hours each day this time as MCT Ambassador especially requested by Microsoft Learning Experience (Lex) to assist them, and I love the Certification community of MCTs. I will also be planning some community events with my buddy, fellow MVP and #TechEdYellowPantsTeam partner to really make this TechEd Europe an enjoyable experience for all delegates.
