Every year I make the resolution to get in better shape, which is inevitably broken on January 2nd. I think I have the same problem most who just can't make themselves exercise regularly have... it's super boring. But these new ideas peak my interest. It's like DDR, you're having so much fun you don't realize you're getting a great workout too. Intel should work on maybe a first person boxing game for the arms and shoulders. Could be hella fun.

It's a brilliant idea in concept, although the limited number of landscapes Devil is a minus, also the lack of realism in the graphics, but on the plus side is the media center platform, but the real question is, can you also communicate in real time with your fellow riders using the interface. ? LS

Have you ever tried Wii Sports Boxing?  OMG it will give you a good workout!  It's not truely first person...but it is imersive and will make you tired, especially against a friend.

Another option is Totemball on Xbox Live Arcade.  Strap some weights to your arms and you'll be tired in no time.

When it comes to exercise, a lot of people don't want to do it because they associate exercise with something that isn't fun and just ends up being a lot of hard work. But there are plenty of fun ways to for people to get some fitness and make themselves look and feel better.
