    Introduction aside, this was a clean segment.  It came across much like one of your convention interviews, only you weren't in it, sadly.  Impressive teleconferencing solutions, particularly the USB handsets and docking stations when you want to take a call with you.  Was it just me, or did this seem like an informal infomercial?

    You have been in fewer and fewer segments, lately.  Is something wrong?
