Well, I know that Intel just came out with dual-core processors about a month ago.  And they just announced they are going to release four-core processors by the end of the year?  And there was a news story that they tested an 80-core processor that they think they can have on the market in a couple years?  What's going on with all that?  Is stuff really supposed to get a heck of a lost faster, really soon?

    HeYo Tina !

Why dont you do a feature on Moore's law (look it up),

it is basicly the inevitable failing that all current technology will have one day, sounds grim but true.

Perhaps you could do a feature on experiments into Bio -circuits, something which may be the solution to the problems that Moore's law raises, it would be also be cool to see other possible solutions to this problem- the sooner this problem is tackled the better it will be for all of us.

Also what about a feature looking into the reasearch of new energy sources in the future, and how research into Dark Matter in switzerland ( the runway to stars) and elsewhere might  be very productive in attaing "clean energy"

Those are some good ideas, however they require good research to get off the ground , but they would be well worth it.

xx linkyshinks- come back Tina, the weather has improved in London (well, Global warming. )

Why dont you do a feature on Moore's Law (look it up sweety)

It is basicly the inevetable failing that all current technology will have one day, sounds grim but true.

Perhaps you could incorperate a feature into possible anwsers to the problem- Bio- circuits,  although it would also be cool if you looked into other possible solutions to the problem.

Also perhaps a feature on new energy sources in the future- look into the research of Dark Matter/energy, i think there is a specific research facilitiy in La Serne in France - (HUGE)..

I think they require good research, but they would be more than worth it, as they raise issues that all our kind will face in the future. LS

You can come back to Blighty now Tina, the weathers good in london,  well , you see.. Global warming.  Bye- Linkyshinks X Smiley

Why do you call Moore's Law "the inevitable failing of all technology?"

    Hi Tina,

I'd like to see an upclose look at the Xbox 360.  A while ago on a Web TV show someone pointed out the different drives the Xbox 360 had and how you could check which version you have.  It would be great if you could talk about why there are different drives and will there be different versions in the future. Also it would be interesting to hear more about the upcoming HD-DVD player, and what kind of TV would be best to really enjoy everything the Xbox 360 has to offer.

I would luv to see something like that, the whole show on the Xbox 360.  BTW this suggestion box is a great idea.  Oh maybe another show could be about XBox Live, how you get started, what you need at home, how you use and I'm not embarrased to admit this since I've never been on Xbox Live, a headset.  I did buy one, but I'm not ready to jump in yet, which is why I'm asking you to do a show on it, heh heh, not very clever huh?
